Job Title:
Level 2 IT Service Delivery Engineer

Salary:
£16,000 per annum

On site with base in Stafford

Hours:
18.5 hours per week, permanent

We currently have a great opportunity for a Level 2 IT Service Delivery Engineer to join our in-house IT team to work on a part-time, permanent basis. We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.

The Role

As a Level 2 IT Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide IT Service Delivery support across the Group with a strong focus on end user device management. You will offer full life cycle support of end user computing devices across HPG and on site-support of IT equipment as required. In addition, working within a managed services environment, you will be responsible for completing service support /delivery tasks which fall outside of our suppliers responsibility or which require specific on-site assistance.

Skills and experience required:

* ITIL V5 foundation (desirable)

* Significant experience in an IT support role

* Good understanding of IT Systems including Microsoft Office 365

* Previous experience of using an MDM solution (desirable)

* Ability to use Excel

* Excellent customer services / stakeholder management skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Highly organised and proces focussed

* Team player, committed to achieving shared team goals
