Coventry (Office Based, Full Time)

Consult Energy are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join a fast-paced team, managing SME customer portfolios and driving prompt payment solutions. If you excel in customer service, debt collection, and process improvement, get in touch with your CV today!

Credit Controller - Key Responsibilities:

* Manage SME portfolios, handling invoice queries and aged debt collection.

* Contact customers via phone, email, and letters to chase payments.

* Meet call and collection KPI targets.

* Generate statements and reports using Excel.

* Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

* Present debt updates at weekly management meetings.

* Suggest and implement process improvements.

Credit Controller - Skills & Experience:

* 1+ years of credit control experience.

* Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.

* Proactive, self-motivated, with a "can-do" attitude.

* Competent Excel ability.

* Any knowledge or experience of the energy industry is a plus.

Location: Coventry (office based)

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
