The opportunity– SourceCo Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a leading industrial company based in Cheltenham who are currently looking to expand their team of Production Operatives.

Hours of work – 3 week Rotational shift pattern working the below hours.

AM -07:00am to 15:00pm

PM – 15:00pm to 23:00pm

Nights – 23:00pm to 07:00am

Pay rate - £13.72ph

Start date - Immediate starts available

Location – Cheltenham

Job type - Temporary ongoing role with the potential to lead to a permanent opportunity.

What does the Production Operative role involve?

* Working in a factory environment.

* Producing aluminium products ready for dispatch

* working to production targets.

* Operating machinery

* Producing high quality products ready for distribution for clients.

* Liaising with your Supervisor to achieve targets.

Minimum experience, training or qualifications required: Previous experience desirable but not essential. Full training provided with ongoing progression available.
