As the Chemotherapy Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:

Specialist in SACT, providing education and support.
Ensuring the cancer team delivers quality care and adheres to safety compliance.
Providing direct line management and supervision of the chemotherapy team.
Developing practice in the assessment of health and wellbeing needs within cancer services.
Delivering SACT and non-SACT treatments to cancer patients.
Supporting the development of strategies and policies for cancer services.
Leading on quality improvement and offering advice and support within cancer services.
Overseeing ongoing training and monitoring of UKONS 24-hour triage.Package and Benefits:

Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
Extensive knowledge and experience in SACT administration and cancer care.
Recognised qualification and ability in SACT delivery.
Accredited teaching and assessing qualification.
Previous management experience guiding successful teams.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
