On offer is an instrumental role within a global and well-respected company where you will lead your own team of Field Engineers, ensuring the smooth running of operations to uphold to company's reputation.

This company are leaders within their industry and are known for providing an exceptional service to their customers both within the UK and internationally. Specialising in dust and mist extraction, they are part of a wider group of specialist companies.

The day to day of this role involves managing a team of Service Engineers while coordinating with all relevant departments. This includes being the main point of contact, training and development, and reviewing processes to ensure compliance with HSE Standards.

In this role you will report directly into Senior Leadership and be integral to how the company hit their current objectives and shape their future growth plans.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a time served Service Engineer or Service Manager with experience within the LEV industry. Having a p601 is desirable but not essential.

The role:
*Manager of a team of Service Engineers
*LEV Industry
*Compliance of HSE standards

The person:
*Service Engineer/ Service Manager/ Technical Manager/ Installation Manager or similar background encouraged to apply
*Manager or Leadership or Team Leader experience is advantageous
*P601 is desirable
*Must have LEV experience
