Contract Manager – Maintenance Service Provider

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager with a strong understanding of commercial building services maintenance, for an immediate start with a very well-established M&E Maintenance service provider.

You will be inheriting a maintenance portfolio of about £1.5 million and it is a mixed portfolio of clients including a very large International Law Firm. The property portfolio extends across the M4 corridor region.

The contracts are a mixture of mobile and resident sites which have been mobilised and there is already on board a well-established team of M&E HVAC engineers and supervisors.

You will be working very closely with the Managing Director so it will be a very close management unit.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Contract Manager

* Develop the client relationship and drive up the efficiency and profitability

* Direct responsibility of the contract P&L of the small works projects.

* Commercial Portfolio Contract Management

* Strong Client facing skills

* Building Services Engineering is essential but with either Electrical or Mechanical background

* Team builder and motivator

* Good Networker, strong organiser and multi-tasker

This is a key role within the division and there will be a big focus from the Directorship to see you succeed and support you in this position from the very top of the board which will give you direct access to the highest level within the organisation.
