Job Title: 360 Plant Machine Operators (x3)
Location: Hook, Hampshire
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking three skilled 360 Plant Machine Operators to join our client’s dynamic recycling team in Hook, Hampshire. In this role, you will be responsible for operating plant machinery efficiently to support waste recycling and processing operations. If you have experience in waste management, recycling, or similar industries, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain plant machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with site safety standards.

*

Sort and recycle waste materials, feed processing plants, and load HGVs.

*

Work collaboratively with the site team to meet daily workload targets.

*

Report machinery defects, accidents, and incidents promptly to the Site Supervisor.

*

Follow company procedures, particularly regarding Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements

*

Previous experience in the waste and recycling industries is desirable.

*

Valid 360 Plant Machine Operator tickets (expired certifications may be considered).

*

A proactive team player willing to take on additional responsibilities.

*

Strong awareness of workplace health and safety procedures.
