A specialist, prime residential construction consultancy are seeking a confident and decisive Senior Quantity Surveyor who would thrive in playing a leading role within their Quantity Surveying team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have two main responsibilities. The first will be to manage two to three quantity surveyors - acting as a mentor, delegating working, and supporting them with their career prospects.

Secondly, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on super prime, prime, and high end residential projects for private clients.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Strong prime residential project experience and technical knowledge
Completed a Construction related degree
MRICS is desirable, but not necessary
Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
Happy to manage and mentor 2-3 quantity surveyors
Client facing, confident (not arrogant)In Return?

£65,000 - £80,000
2-3 days WFH a week
25 days annual leave + Christmas shutdown + Bank holidays
