ROLE: Timber Frame Designer

LOCATION: Irthlingborough

HOURS OF WORK: Days (7am-4pm)

BASIC SALARY: £30k-£35k per annum

Company Profile:

Our client is a family-run business with years of experience supplying timber frame solutions into the construction industry. The company is located in the Greater Northampton Area, United Kingdom. This role is a full-time on-site role for a Timber Frame Designer. The Timber Frame Designer will be responsible for creating and designing timber frame structures, collaborating with the construction team, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

* Proficiency in CAD software and timber frame design

* Knowledge of building regulations and structural requirements

* Experience in timber frame construction

* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

* Strong communication and teamwork abilities

* Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment

* Previous experience in timber frame design

* Experience using Wood Engine would be an advantage
