Key Responsibilities

* Provide first-line advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

* Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.

* Assist in managing employee relations cases, ensuring timely resolution.

* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment law.

* Support HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement and training programs.

* Collaborate with the HR Manager on performance management processes.

What We Are Looking For

* Previous experience in an HR Advisory or similar role.

* Strong knowledge of HR best practices and UK employment law.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* CIPD Level 3 or higher qualification (preferred).

* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
