About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a specialist in Re-Claddomg and cladding sub-contractor for projects across London. This is a key role managing multiple commercial projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage roofing and cladding projects from start to finish.

* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Regularly report on project progress and resolve on-site issues.

Key Requirements

* SMSTS and CSCS Black Card

* roven experience in cladding/Re-Cladding project management.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Knowledge of construction methods and regulations.

* Proficiency in project management tools.

* Full UK driver’s license and willingness to travel.
