Working with an established, well-respected manufacturing business based in Norfolk, we are looking to introduce a Shift Supervisor into their rapidly growing team. With a reputation for excellence and positive contributions to environmental safety, this is a business who are looking to continue their growth within the market.

As Shift Supervisor, you will supervise and control a variety of plants to ensure customer demands are safely met, whilst working in collaboration with other parts of the business

You will:

* To lead and supervise a team of hard-working operators

* Help to achieve and maintain excellent professional operators’ performance levels in safety, quality, operational cost and efficiency through training, coaching, and counselling

* Provide safety leadership and demonstrate the desired behaviours to ensure zero incidents.

* Provide technical and troubleshooting advice to ensure processes are run safely and effectively whilst production downtime is minimised

Requirements:

* Strong management experience

* Strong communication skills

* Experienced within Chemicals, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, FMCG

* Effective organisational skills
