Ensure remedial quotations are complete within set time frames and include all ancillaries and equipment required to provide a full solution for single attendance rectification
Oversee the booking and implementation of remedial and small works within the department.
Software, have a full and comprehensive understanding of how our crm and field service software operate with the ability to streamline processes within the service department and make administration changes as required.
Oversee the Raising of Jobs, contracts and quotes, answer phone and speaking with customers within the team
Build and develop strong professional relationships with all existing and new clients to maximise potential growth opportunities.
Assist in the development of the service department
Performance manage all those employees directly under your control, using mentoring, discipline or training to ensure they perform efficiently and professionally.
Reports in an effective manner at regular review meetings
Form an ongoing relationship with the sales and operations department leaders to align with company growth strategies.
Oversee SSAIB & Bafe audits from the administration perspective and ensure compliance.
