Join a small occupational charity in the Haywards Heath office as an Administrator.
Working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
THE ROLE:
Overall, you will help administer a suite of residential properties for a benevolent occupational charity. Reporting directly to the CEO you will be involved in:
Providing administrative support
Handle reception duties, managing calls and visitors
Liaise with trustees, members and volunteers
Compile agendas, papers and minutes for meetings
Oversee office supplies
Perform general "housekeeping" such as organising lunches and post deliveries.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Able to work every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Previous office and administration experience
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully
Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask
Confident to manage the office independently when required.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
£18,000 (equivalent to £30,000 full time equivalent)
25 days holiday + public holidays + Christmas shutdown, pro-rata
Up to 8% contributory pension.
