With a thriving customer base our client is looking for a talent to join them and spearhead their sales department with driven and sales focussed specialists, highlighting and offering new product recommendations to new and existing clients.
This is a unique opportunity that offers you the opportunity to build and bond with your customers growing accounts and maximising new opportunities. This is a role where you will take the customer on a journey from initial enquiry, through to site assessments, concluding relationships upon site installations.
This Security Sales Account Manager role will have you managing relationships with engineers, technicians and customers providing multiple touch points internally and externally perfectly fitting for a target driven talent.
Property/ Property Maintenance/ Security/ CCTV/ Site exposure is essential.
What does the package look like?
Hybrid working pattern offering 3 daYS FROM HOME
£29,500 - £32,000 base salary DOE
Commission structure offering over £7,000 per annum in KPI related bonuses

This Security Sales Account Manager role will offer you the below responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
Prepare client reports.
Participate in and attend client meetings.
To handle all calls in a professional manner.
To load new work instructions from clients onto Orbis Commercial’s CRM system (Salesforce).
To allocate tasks to contractors and manage through to completion.
To be able to work independently without instruction.
Be able to follow up with other departments to have an awareness of maintenance/repair issues for your clients
To manage the handling of any complaints in accordance with agreed escalation processes.
To proactively monitor own workload and prioritise action where required. Ability to multitask and prioritise is essential for this role
Accounting procedures including signing off contractor invoices, sending invoices to client and liaison with Accounts / Credit Control in regard to unpaid invoices.
Collaborate with Sales Team to identify and grow new opportunities.
The ideal candidate for this Security Sales Account Manager role will hold the below exposure:
Sales & Commercial Awareness: Act as a commercial ambassador, advocating for the company’s quality security solutions and helping to grow business opportunities.
Industry Experience: Experience in the vacant property or corporate property sector is essential, with a strong understanding of physical security installations, compliance, and insurance requirements.
Technical Building Knowledge: Knowledge of small building works and void property compliance for insurance purposes is advantageous.
Organisational Skills: Excellent prioritisation and multitasking skills, with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams at all levels.
Software Proficiency: Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce), MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and security design software.
Flexibility & Initiative: Able to work independently, adapt to changing demands, and proactively monitor and prioritise workload.
