Milk Education are working in partnership with a school based in Wandsworth, who are keeping a skilled attendance officer to join their team for September 2024. This is a crucial role that supports the welfare and academic progress of their students by ensuring high levels of attendance.

Working hours: 7:30- 15:30

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and record student attendance and punctuality.
* Work closely with staff, students, and parents to improve attendance rates.
* Analyse attendance data and prepare reports for senior management.
* Implement attendance policies and follow up on unexplained absences.
* Liase with eternal businesses, social services and local autho

Requirements:

* Experience using BromCom (SIMS or ARBOR experince accepted)
* Experience of CPOMS
* Experience using Microsoft Office including knowledge of Word and Excel
* Some knowledge of attendance laws and legislation
