Job Title: Night Concierge

Location: Central London

Salary: £32,500

Hours: Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (4 nights on, 4 nights off)

Hyperion Partners is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Night Concierge to join a well-established managing agent based in Central London. Our client, renowned for their excellent reputation in property management, is seeking a highly professional and customer-focused individual to deliver exceptional service to residents, guests, and visitors during the night shift.

As a Night Concierge, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of a luxury residential development. You will act as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing a safe, secure, and welcoming environment throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a high level of customer service to residents and guests, addressing any queries or requests promptly and professionally.

Manage access control, ensuring only authorised individuals enter the premises.

Oversee building security, monitoring CCTV, and ensuring the safety and security of the property and its residents.

Respond to emergencies or incidents, liaising with appropriate authorities or emergency services when necessary.

Assist with general building maintenance tasks, including overseeing contractors and reporting any faults or issues.

Ensure all communal areas are kept tidy and in excellent condition.

Maintain accurate records of incidents, visitors, and maintenance requests.

Communicate effectively with both residents and the day team to ensure a seamless service
