As the Customer Service & Parts Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring customers’ needs are met with precision and care.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

* Processing customer orders and managing sales administration with efficiency.

* Advising customers on technical queries about the product range, ensuring they receive the right solutions.

* Keeping customers informed on order statuses and progress updates for technical queries.

* Reporting on stock levels and replenishing spare parts as needed.

* Managing spare parts inventory, overseeing goods-in processes, and maintaining reception duties.

* Picking and dispatching parts for client orders with accuracy and speed.

To succeed as the Customer Service & Parts Coordinator, you’ll need:

* A background in engineering, machinery, manufacturing equipment or similar industry.

* Proven experience in parts or stores administration.

* Strong communication skills to deliver outstanding customer service across multiple channels.

* A hands-on approach to work, coupled with IT literacy.

* Exceptional attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills.
