About the company?
This medium sized Architectural Practice are currently in a growth phase and now looking for a talented individual to join their team, potentially 2 individuals with the ability to run projects, an Architect looking for their next step shortly after qualification and a strong Senior Architectural Technician. They’re working on projects both locally and nationally making every day different, with the chance for you to travel to site and see your projects through to completion.
  
Working mainly in the residential sectors they are looking for an individual who can hit the ground running with AutoCAD and ideally Revit, AutoCAD essential and Revit advantageous. We are looking for an independent individual, someone who is at the stage where they can run their own small and large projects, or someone working towards this level. Residential projects, bespoke hosuing, extentions, refurbishments, estate houses, convertions, historical and listed buildings are what this Architectural practice are known for, but they also have started to sprinkle in there a number of more commercial schemes. Values in the millions, we’d expect the next individual to join their team to have similar experience.
  
This practice has recently won a lot of new work so are looking to expand and push on with their ambitious plans. They are an established practice with a good local and national reputation. They have a sociable and outgoing workforce while offering good flexibility with how the work gets done. They are a studio based practice, in the office 5 days a week with flexibility when required.
