Factory Operative

Permanent (temp to perm)

Our client is based on the outskirts of Tewkesbury and has been established for over 20 years. They specialise in applying surface coatings to a wide range of industrial components and they are now looking for a new Operative to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coating products however full training will be offered. Candidate will need to be willing to learn, hard working and enjoy hands on work.

Duties will include:

* Preparing items for treatment

* Grit blasting

* Wet spraying

This is a great opportunity to be part of a thriving business based approx. 15 minutes from Tewkesbury. Own transport is essential due to the rural location.

Starting in January 2025 this role will be offered on a temporary to permanent or permanent basis for the right candidate.

Mon-Thurs 08:30 to 5:00

Fri 08:00 to 4:00 all incl 30 mins lunch break
