We have an exciting opportunity for a confident HR Business Partner to join a successful, growing business in a role supporting employees across the South East of England. This is a hybrid role with the need for flexibility to travel to different locations across the South East, as well as to the Head Office in Bagshot.
This is a generalist, operational Business Partnering role where you will provide HR advice and support to employees on a broad range of people related matters.
Key responsibilities will include:
First point of contact for employee questions regarding policies and procedures
Assist Line Managers with employee relations issues including disciplinary and grievance processes, sickness & absence, performance management and more
Assist with TUPE processes
Provide advice and guidance on pay and reward structures
Support with organisational change
Provide coaching and guidance to managers
Support with recruitment and employer branding initiatives
Assist with HR projects as required
This company is offering a competitive salary of up to £56k (£50k max base salary plus £6k car allowance) plus excellent benefits including:
