BDS have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scheme Manager to join the team in a retirement living services based in Rusilip, HA6 working for one of the UK's largest providers in retirement living.
We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanor to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service.
Main dutuies will include but are not limited too;
* Resident welfare checks and communication.
* Signposting information on other services, in and around the area.
* Checking the property for any repairs and reporting these as require
* Overseeing the service to ensure the smooth running.
* Involving the residents in activities within the service
* To promote social inclusion within the service.
* Health and safety compliance of the service.
YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF WORKING AS A SCHEME MANAGER WITHIN THE RETIREMENT LVIING SECTOR!
You must already have an enhanced DBS check in place
Monday – Friday -36 hours per week - 8.30am till 4.15pm
This role is initially a temporary ongoing position to start ASAP
Pay rate- £15.49 per hour PAYE / £19.53 UMB
