Registered Manager
Hours: Monday – Friday (9-5)
On call (Flexible)

Deliver services that are fully compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements, whilst creating safe, positive, nurturing residential placements for children and young people.

Working at a residential children’s home.

Manage and oversee the home
Ensure high standards for Ofsted’s quality standards
Work alongside other heads of departments
Ensure there is a high standard of care from all staff
Ensure the quality of the children’s development is met
Sorting all paperwork/record keeping and operation procedures are met
Domestic duties and overseeing maintenance of the home. 
 
Qualifications and experience:
Level 5 NVQ working with children (Management) (Or Level 4 with willingness to do Level 5)
Experience working with Ofsted
24 months experience managing a residential children’s home.
