Westray Recruitment Group are looking to find a time served CNC Turner. (Programmer/Setter/Operator) for our client based in Washington. The successful candidate will be offered a permanent contract at a firm with a healthy order book providing parts and components for use in the Oil & Gas and Automotive sectors. This is a day shift role working Monday to Thursday 4 x 10-hour shifts. The role offers £17.50 p/h and optional overtime is available at time & ½.

THE BUSINESS

Due to further investment and a growing order book the company in question are looking for an experienced CNC Turner to join their team. Established over 45 years ago our client specialise in the production of precision parts including Yellow Goods, Oil & Gas Valves, High Pressure Pump Components and Sub-Sea.

THE ROLE

Programming/setting/operating Doosan Puma Lathes with Fanuc control
Producing precision parts from drawings with minimum supervision.

THE PERSON

Experience working on a Doosan Puma with Fanuc control
Time served Turner

THE PACKAGE

Day Shift; Mon-Thru 7.00 am – 5.00 pm

Overtime @ 1.1/2

Overtime 5.00pm – 7.00pm Option of Friday Overtime working when required. Standard Rate of Pay £17.50/hr Position is Permanent
