Well-regarded law firm in Chester is seeking an Employers Liability (EL) Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation-focused solicitor to take on a busy and rewarding caseload within a supportive environment.

The Role:

As an EL Solicitor, you will manage a caseload of (Apply online only) fast and multi-track personal injury claims, including both litigated and pre-litigated matters. You will be responsible for handling cases from pre-litigation through to trial, ensuring court directions are met and that clients receive outstanding legal support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing a caseload of fast and multi-track Employers’ Liability personal injury claims.

* Handling cases from pre-litigation through to trial.

* Drafting court documents, witness statements, and trial bundles.

* Ensuring cases are run efficiently, with strict adherence to court deadlines and procedures.

* Providing high-quality client care, keeping clients informed throughout their case.

* Working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate:

* Qualified Solicitor (or Senior Solicitor) with at least 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in EL/OL personal injury.

* Strong technical knowledge of litigation processes.

* Excellent client care and communication skills.

* Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.
