The role

As a Commercial Accountant, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate financial insights and supporting the business in achieving its objectives.

Main Responsibilities

Assisting in the preparation of weekly Flash P&L reports and monthly management accounts.
Preparing and processing monthly journals.
Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Collaborating with budget holders and site teams to analyse adverse variances and implement countermeasures.
Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning.

Required

Extensive knowledge of management accounting, gained within a manufacturing environment.
A recognized accountancy qualification (ACCA or CIMA preferred).
