This full-time teaching assistant role is perfect for someone committed to supporting students' academic progress and emotional well-being, particularly those facing behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one and group support for students, focusing on those with behavioural difficulties.
Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
Work closely with teachers to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
Support students' overall development, helping them achieve educational and personal goals.

Requirements

Proven experience working with students with behavioural challenges.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to student support.

Essential Criteria

Experience working with secondary school students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
Professional references verifying suitability for the role.

Working Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
