HR Business Partner

Location: Stourport on Severn, Worcestershire

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving our people strategy, supporting the operational team, and modernizing HR processes.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

* Partner with line management to build capabilities and manage talent.

* Lead workforce planning and support recruitment efforts.

* Report on KPIs and interpret people analytics to propose solutions.

* Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.

* Deliver people management training to line managers.

* Support the promotion of Morgan at career events and through apprenticeships.

* Modernize HR processes and support HR projects.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

* CIPD Level 5 qualification (or ambition to study at Level 7).

* At least 3 years of experience in a HR generalist role.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions.

* Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.

* Positive attitude and ability to inspire change.

* Experience in workforce planning and project management.
