Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker - 2-Bed EBD Service
Location: Preston, Lancashire
Pay Rate: £14.00 - £14.50 per hour
Hours: 07:30-22:30, 1 day on, 2 days off (rolling rota)

Are you an experienced Residential Support Worker with a passion for supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)? Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join their 2-bed EBD service in Preston.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with EBD, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

* Lead and mentor a team of support workers, ensuring the delivery of consistent, person-centred care.

* Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and behaviour management strategies.

* Create a nurturing and supportive environment, promoting positive outcomes for the young people.

* Liaise with external agencies, including social workers and education providers, to ensure the best outcomes for the children.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting.

* Relevant Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People (or equivalent).

* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

* Experience working with children with EBD is essential.

* Full UK driving licence.
