To apply for this role, you’ll need to be able to commit to 3 weeks of full-time training from Tuesday 6th May 2025

As Sales Operative, your tasks include:

* Providing exceptional customer service with a strong focus on retention, ensuring the best outcomes for customers in every conversation.

* Engaging with members who are renewing their membership.

* Reviewing current customer memberships and advising on the most suitable policies.

* Accurately recording customer data in line with RAC training and compliance standards.
