Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the sales team to support customer-facing activities and ensure high-quality service.

* Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and underwriting guidelines.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and colleagues.

* Monitor and assess market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.

Key Skills & Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to sell.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Previous experience in finance or insurance would be a great advantage.
