The Assistant Manager role:

Strong focus on driving CRM within your teams
Manage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and achieve KPI's
Maximise sales opportunities
Elevate in-store experience consistently delivering store excellence
Stay up to date with market trendsThe Assistant Manager requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience within the luxury retail industry within ready to wear, accessories or footwear.
Extensive experience driving CRM within your teams
Strong organisational skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
Resilient and hard working
