We are seeking a Sales Operations Data & Insights Manager to help optimise our sales operations by managing data, generating insights, and providing critical support for strategic decision-making.

With flexible working arrangements from London or Bromsgrove and hybrid/remote options available, you will have the opportunity to make an impact on a national scale.

This is not just about managing numbers—it is about using data to shape the future of our sales team and their performance. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, producing detailed reports, and delivering insights that Regional Sales Directors can rely on to make impactful decisions.

What You Will Do:

Oversee CRM data management, ensuring accurate and consistent data entry across contact, activity, and opportunity information.
Generate data-driven reports and insights that support strategic decision-making at the Regional Sales Director level.
Analyse sales pipeline data, providing insights to improve sales outcomes and performance.
Develop and distribute regular performance reports to keep the sales team informed and aligned with goals.
Identify trends in sales successes and failures, recommending areas for improvement.
Enhance forecasting methodologies to improve the accuracy of sales projections.
Provide data-driven insights to support the allocation of sales opportunities
