JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER - HOTEL - PART TIME WORK POSSIBLE

Brilliant opportunity for an aspiring Project Manager to begin honing in your skills on a unique, high quality scheme in Greater London.

Joining this Oxfordshire based Multi-Disciplinary, they are looking for an emerging talent to help with the delivery of this particular project to begin with. The role duties will cover usual PM responsibilities but include;

- Coordination of projects and schedules and tracking the progress of projects and reporting their results.
- Make regular checks of the work for compliance with the drawings and specifications.

- Create project plans, programmes and opportunity & risk assessments.
- Monitor and overview project budgets.
- Seek quotations and manage tender processes.

To be a standout candidate we expect you to have a degree or similar qualification in project management, possibly from the Association for Project Management (APM), Project Management Institute (PMI), Chartered Management Institute (CMI) or similar. You will have at least 2 years in practice experience.

Software skills will cover Microsoft Project, Open Workbench or similar software packages. Skills in Visio and some AutoCAD LT knowledge would be beneficial.

The company are based in Oxfordshire so you should be comfortable working from their studio as well as on-site in London for a portion of the week.

On offer is a permanent role with a salary in the £30,000 - £42,000 region. You will enjoy great exposure to the project and a clear trajectory to establish your ability as a Project Manager
