Boden Group are currently recruiting for several Multi Trade Operatives to join a leading social housing providor covering South Birmingham on a temp to permanent basis.
We can consider main trades of Plastering, Carpentry and Plumbing.
The role:
You will be carrying out repairs and maintenance to Social Housing tenanted properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision. Working off a PDA system.
You will take ownership of work aiming for a 'First time Fix' on all jobs, whilst remaining within budget and time parameters. You will operate within company Health and Safety guidelines and remain up to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas.
Essential Criteria:
* Must pass basic DBS check
* Relevant qualification for trade or time served accepted.
* Full clean UK driving license
Desirable Criteria:
* A multi skilled background
* Social housing experience
Van & fuel card provided (can take home but not for personal use)
While temp - £23PH
Perm salary - £30-33k dependent on experience
