Our client is a leading manufacturer in animal bedding, and animal feed. They're looking to expand their team and bring on fresh ideas to help expand and grow further

Role & Responsibilities:

Effective day to day management and development of all staff
Maintain control and discipline in all areas of the business
Ensure training requirements of staff are identified and recorded
Take ownership of plant performance and product quality
Publish management data relating to operational performance
Customer liaison (complaints etc.)
Identify business improvement strategies
Ensure health and safety standards are high, and ensure compliance
HACCP complianceKnowledge, Skills & Experience:

Qualified engineer
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering
Manager experience
