We are currently looking for a Continuous Improvement / Value Stream Team Leader to join a growing team within a prestigious manufacturer in the Bristol area. Role & Responsibilities:
Promoting continuous improvement across all departments.
Representing the company to customers - internal and external.
Collaborate with all departments to drive continuous improvement.
Streamlining processes and implementing best practices.
Leading and managing training for continuous improvement and development.
Being part of the internal compliance audits.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Lean Manufacturing - Green belt or equivalent.
Experienced within a man management position, developing staff and technicians.
Manufacturing experience.
Engineering degree / apprenticeship trained.
