NextGen Teachers are proudly recruiting for a dynamic and inclusive school who are dedicated to providing high-quality learning experiences to their students. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate part-time Health and Social Care Teacher to join our supportive and driven school.

The Role:

We are looking for a dedicated teacher to deliver Level 3 Health and Social Care courses to our students. As a teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students' academic and personal development, preparing them for their future careers in healthcare and social services.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons for Level 3 Health and Social Care students.
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support to help students achieve their full potential.
Maintain a positive, motivating classroom environment.
Create and implement effective teaching strategies, ensuring content is accessible and engaging for all learners.
Participate in departmental meetings, contributing to curriculum development and the sharing of best practices.
Support students in their career pathways, providing advice and guidance on progression options in the health and social care sector.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience teaching Health and Social Care at Level 3
A passion for teaching and a genuine commitment to supporting students in their learning journey
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
