Location: Sheffield (Office-based)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Our client, a friendly and growing team based in Sheffield, is looking for a talented Account Manager to join their dynamic environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing and nurturing existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow accounts and develop new business.
Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. What we’re looking for:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Account Manager role or similar.
Excellent customer service skills with a proactive and client-focused approach.
Demonstrable success in growing accounts and securing new business.
