Key Responsibilities:

* Lead by example to inspire and motivate the sales team.

* Work closely with the Sales Controller to achieve sales targets and objectives.

* Take pride in the site appearance, ensuring the showroom and used car display are always presented to the highest standards.

* Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

* Assist in developing sales strategies and promotional activities.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a main dealer environment is essential.

* Proven track record of outstanding sales performance.

* Ambitious and ready to advance from a Sales Executive role or already experienced as a Senior Sales Executive looking for a new challenge.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support team members.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and presentation.

* A competitive basic salary of £25,000.

* Uncapped on-target earnings of £65,000.
