Warehouse supervisor vacancy for company based in Luton.

Monday - Friday, day shift 09:30 - 18:00

Pay rate £14.50ph

3 months through agency and then 6 months contract with company.

Key Responsibilities of Warehouse Supervisor:

·Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflows in your designated area.

·Lead a team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.

·Drive Health & Safety initiatives and ensure compliance.

·Maintain stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.

·Train, develop, and support a multi-skilled team.

·Communicate effectively across departments and external stakeholders.

Experience and Knowledge requirements

·Proven experience in warehouse operations and team leadership.

·Strong Health & Safety knowledge and a track record of safe practices.

·Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

·Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

·Hands-on leadership style with a focus on collaboration.

·Physical ability to manage warehouse activities (standing, lifting up to 20kg)
