Job Opportunity: Mobile Plant Fitter / Service Mechanic
Location: South Derbyshire (servicing the entire UK)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £33,280 + Overtime & Benefits

A leading provider of groundwater control systems is seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter / Service Mechanic to join their expanding team. With over 30 years of industry expertise, we offer innovative solutions to groundwater challenges across various sectors.

About Us:
We specialize in consultation, design, installation, training, analysis, monitoring, maintenance, and project management. Based in South Derbyshire, our central location provides quick access to the UK's major motorways, allowing us to service projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect and audit equipment to ensure functionality.
* Maintain construction and dewatering machinery, including pumps, and replace parts as needed.
* Confidently diagnose faults using diagnostic software.
* Complete accurate timesheets promptly.
* Work away from home, including night shifts and weekends, as required.
* Participate in random drug testing.
* Work effectively as part of a team or independently.
Required Experience & Certifications:
1. Blue CPCS card
2. CSCS card
3. NVQ Level 2 in Plant Maintenance or similar qualification
4. Fabrication/Welding skills (advantageous)
Benefits:
* Minimum 40 hours per week with holiday and sick pay allowances.
* Time and a half after 8 hours of work and on Saturdays, double time on Sundays.
* £25 tax-free night-out allowance and paid accommodation, if applicable.
* Full PPE provided in compliance with regulations.
* Company van and fuel card after 6 weeks of employment, and a company iPhone after 6 months.
