Jark Cambridge are excited to be working exclusively with this Building Services firm who typically operate as a Principal Contractor. Our client specialises in delivering a wide range of exciting projects, ranging from Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Heritage & Listed.

We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor / Manager who has had previous exposure managing and successfully delivered projects up to £1million. What we’re looking for is someone who has experience managing different trades at any given time and someone who is confident liaising and managing with the end client along with sub-contractors. You will be either site based or working from home, our client operate all over East Anglia and beyond.

Ideally we’re looking for someone on a self-employed basis with the option of going employed.

Performance objectives

• Completion of contracts – Handover.
• Labour budget management.
• Managing trades.
• Managing sub-contractors.
• Ordering stock and materials.

Person Specification

• SMSTS.
• SSSTS.
• First aid trained.
• Previous experience managing / supervising Healthcare and Commercial projects up to £1million.
