We have an exciting opportunity for a Factory Supervisor to assist in leading a team working within a manufacturing factory.

Working Hours (must be flexible depending on client requirement):

Mon - Thurs: 8am - 4.30pm, Friday 8am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily production tasks.
Ensure company policies and regulations are followed.
Keep track of production schedules and processes.
Conducting regular inspections of machinery and equipment.
Train and manage production staff.
Find ways to reduce costs and improve production quality.
Oversee adherence to Environmental and Health & Safety regulations.
Resolve any issues with staff performance or production issues.
Keep accurate records of staff performance, equipment maintenance, and production results.
Ensure the factory is clean, organized, and operating under safe conditions.What we need from you:
