ROLE: Operations Team Leader - Nights
HOURS: 18:00 - 06:00 4on4off
SALARY: £17.83p/hr basic, plus £2 p/hr shift allowance
BASE: Clover Nook, Somercotes, Alfreton

We are delighted to be recruiting for an additional Operations Team Leader on Nights, working a 4on4off rotational shift pattern based at our Clover Nook Site, Alfreton.

Our Team Leaders are accountable for supervising operatives and processes to deliver a safe, compliant, and efficient operation in line with targets, budgets and plans. We require you to lead and motivate a team of PVCu Operators through being an ambassador of the Company Values and role model Safety First and quality standards.

WHAT OUR OPERATIONS TEAM LEADERS DO:

Lead and motivate the team through role modelling the Company Values of Gritty, Proud, Decent and Agile
Ensure that your team is fully trained and confident in fulfilling their role and developing operators
Ensure conformance to plan (CTP) and plan achievement (PA) targets are achieved
Adhere to manufacturing budgets and all operational policies, processes, and SOP's
Waste is minimised and segregated following company environmental protocols
Ensuring weekly payroll and clocking in procedures are completed in line with payroll deadlines
Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Adherence to risk assessments, SOP's and safe systems of work within the team Investigates all reported SHE incidents and implements relevant containment, corrective and preventative action plans.
Following reporting and escalation of incidents in line with SHE requirements
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR OPERATIONS TEAM LEADERS:

Experience of managing large teams within a Production, Manufacturing, or Extrusion facility
Experience of developing and coaching successful teams
Knowledge of delivering Process Improvements
Recent experience of a fast-paced environment, working under pressure
A customer orientated attitude in line with company policies
Excellent communication at all levels
