As an EC&I Engineer, you'll be part of a dedicated team working on challenging projects that span the entire lifecycle—from initial client requirements to design, installation, and testing. Job Description:
* Design offshore and subsea equipment, including Interactive control stations, power panels and distributed control systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across: Mechanical disciplines, hydraulic disciplines and software disciplines.
* Ensure seamless system integration.
* Work with high- and low-voltage systems.
* Develop control circuits.
* Create comprehensive documentation, including Design specifications and user manuals.
* Conduct risk assessments.
* Perform factory acceptance testing (FAT).
* Provide after-sales technical support.
* Occasional travel for offshore and overseas work may be required.
Skills & Experience:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (minimum 2:1).
* Practical experience with machine control systems and automation.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (Inventor experience is an advantage).
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* Experience in designing power distribution systems, control panels, and safety systems.
* Familiarity with PLC/SCADA systems, network protocols, and subsea surveillance equipment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Competent in using Microsoft Office applications.
