The role offers the opportunity to be involved with:

Preparing and advising on leases, sub-leases, lease extensions, renewals, and other landlord-tenant documentation.
Managing the acquisition and disposal of land and property, including agricultural and development land.
Advising on refinancing, loan documentation, and sales and leasebacks of commercial property.
Assisting our renewable energy team with large-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects.
