Job Summary:
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Assistants to support individuals in their own homes. You will help clients with personal care, daily living tasks, medication, and companionship, enabling them to maintain independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal hygiene (washing, dressing, toileting)

Help with mobility and transfers

*

Prepare meals and support with feeding if necessary

*

Administer or prompt medication as per care plan

*

Provide emotional support and companionship

*

Keep accurate records of care provided

*

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

Caring and patient nature

*

Good communication skills

*

Ability to work independently and follow care plans

*

Previous care experience preferred but not essential (training provided)

*

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required
