Job Description: Site Based Project Manager
Location: Greater Manchester/North West
Salary: £55,000 - £63,000 & Package

About the Role: My client are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead a major refurbishment of an office fit-out project valued at approximately £5M. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the office fit-out project.
Ensure all project objectives are met within the specified time frame and budget.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
Must be based in Greater Manchester.
Proven experience in managing Cat B fit-out projects.
Extensive experience in the construction industry.
Valid CSCS Card.
SMSTS Qualified.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Happy to be site based for the first project
