An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Time Analyst to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team in London. You'll monitor real-time data, generate performance reports, and collaborate on staffing and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor real-time data for efficiency and SLA adherence.
Generate performance improvement reports.
Adjust staffing schedules in real-time.
Identify and escalate issues for immediate support.
Update stakeholders on performance and challenges.
Utilise monitoring tools and stay updated on trends. Candidate Requirements :

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
